There is a baby in a Sri Lankan orphanage who has a full tummy right now. There is a young woman in remote Zambia learning valuable skills and creating a brighter future for herself and her community. And a family in Ella, Sri Lanka, has a house that is sealed against dengue-carrying mosquitoes.
But there is much still to do.
